**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Greeting customers warmly and assist with their orders at the counter.
- Prepare and serve food items according to established recipes and safety standards.
- Operate POS systems, for order processing and cash handling.
- Manage cash register transactions accurately, including cash handling and processing payments.
- Upsell menu items to enhance customer experience and increase sales.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the food prep area, counters, and store space in compliance with food safety regulations.
- Ensure food safety standards are followed during food handling and preparation.
- Assist in stocking supplies and restocking items as needed throughout shifts.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Support team members in maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient work environment.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in food service or restaurant environment is preferred.
- Knowledge of POS systems is a plus.
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly attitude.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately.
- Ability to manage time effectively during busy periods.
- Understanding food safety standards and sanitation practices.
- Excellent communication skills and teamwork orientation.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail.
- Food industry or kitchen experience is an asset.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $15.00-$17.00 per hour
