**Part-Time Nanny (12-20 hrs/week)**
We’re looking for a **reliable, loving, and patient nanny** for our 4-year-old. Weekday schedule, 12-20 hours per week (flexible depending on availability).
**What you’ll do**:
- Create a calm, caring, and engaging environment
- Play, read, and spend time outdoors
- Sit with him during meals (food provided)
- Light tidying/organizing after play
**What we value**:
- Extremely reliable, gentle, and kind
- Enjoys being creative, patient, and nurturing with children
- Montessori-aligned or familiar with child-led care is a big plus
**Qualifications**:
- Experience with children (babysitting, nannying, or similar)
- Patience, empathy, and strong communication skills
