**Job Summary**

We are seeking a skilled machinist/journeyman, quality driven 5-axis CNC Machinist to join our specialized team. Immediate need and hiring for a day shift position. Working in a friendly and clean environment located in Maple Ridge, BC.

**Responsibilities and Duties**
- Program, setup, operate and troubleshoot CNC mill machines (HAAS) manufacture a catalog of precision-machined parts from aluminum, steel, brass and stainless steel
- Responsible for the safe and efficient operation of equipment while maintaining production output, quality, and efficiency standards
- Select and install tool holders, cutting tools, fixtures
- Touch-off tools and perform offsets
- Use measuring hand tools and gauges to ensure quality to print

**Qualifications and Skills**
- Preferred 5 years of experience with setup and operation of CNC mills
- Ability to produce parts from blueprints or written instructions
- Experience with HAAS controls including G and M Codes
- Motivated self-starter with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with little supervision
- Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and with high proficiency

- Monday to Friday
