THK Rhythm Automotive Canada Tillsonburg delivers safety critical steering linkage and suspension components to many of the worlds best automotive manufacturers. Currently Ford and Mercedes Benz are our two largest customers, with Jeep business entering the facility.

Established in 1979, the Tillsonburg operation has been resilient enough to survive the ups and downs of the automotive market for over 40 years.

**Responsibilities**

Reporting to the Quality Manager, the Measurement System Technician is responsible for the following:

- Repair gauges and /or arrange for repair of gauges
- Perform gauge layouts as required
- Complete fail-safe wear checks
- Calibrate gauges to established schedule
- Maintain/organize gauge storage areas
- Perform annual validations of part assemblies
- Send out/record all components for annual validations
- Perform component/part layouts as required - prototype and production
- Participate in internal/external audits of the lab as requested
- Maintain/organize the lab with respect to housekeeping and document storage
- Calibration records

**Qualifications**
- 3-5 years’ experience operating, maintaining, and programming CMM is required
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in manufacturing environment or equivalent
- Able to comprehend the AIAG Measurement Systems Analysis manual
- Good organizational skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Flexible with working hours and willing to work Overtime as required
- Must be technically inclined

- Calibrate gauges to established schedule
- Maintain/organize gauge storage areas
- Perform annual validations of part assemblies

Pay: $65,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
