**Responsibilities**:

- Develop comprehensive project plans, outlining scope, timelines, and resource requirements.
- Lead project teams in the successful execution of construction projects, ensuring adherence to quality standards and safety protocols.
- Monitor project progress, identifying and addressing potential issues to ensure timely completion.
- Allocate resources effectively, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to meet project requirements.
- Develop and manage project budgets, tracking expenses and ensuring financial objectives are met.
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project disruptions.
- Proactively address issues as they arise, making data-driven decisions to keep projects on track.
- Maintain accurate and organized project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports.
- Prepare regular status reports and present project updates to leadership and stakeholders.
- Comprehensive estimation of project costs, timelines, and resource requirements.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, construction management, or a related field preferred.
- Experience as a project manager in the construction industry is an asset
- Proven experience in electrical estimation, preferably within the construction industry.
- Prior experience with high-voltage electrical estimating in large-scale commercial, industrial setting.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities, with a focus on collaboration and motivation.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with diverse stakeholders.
- Proven ability to identify challenges and implement effective solutions in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $90,000.00-$100,000.00 per year

**Education**:

- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Project management: 1 year (preferred)
- Hi voltage Electrical Estimation: 1 year (preferred)
