**Job Summary**:
We’re looking for a reliable and motivated **Shipping and** **Receiving Associate**to join our team In this role, you’ll be at the heart of our logistics operations, ensuring accurate and efficient receipt of goods, material handling, and supporting the production team. If you're safety-conscious, tech-savvy, and have forklift experience**,** we want to hear from you

**Shift Time**:12:00 pm to 8:30 p.m. - Monday thru Thursday, 7:30 am to 4:00 p.m. - Friday

**Key Responsibilities**

Shipping & Receiving Operations:

- Perform accurate shipping entries through ERP system
- Process priority or scheduled late courier truck shipments
- Ensure safe loading and unloading of finished goods, raw materials, and supplies from delivery trucks

Production Support:

- Support production with expedient delivery of cartons, skids and packaging to Finishing Operations
- Maintain finishing efficiencies by removing finished goods and excess packaging to warehouse locations as production orders are completed

Inventory and Warehouse Management:

- Perform Cycle Counts on raw material and finished goods

Equipment Operation:

- Safely and effectively operate material handling equipment including: Reach truck, Clamp truck, pallet jacks and pump trucks as required,

Safety Orientation:

- Ensure safe loading and unlaoding of finished goods, raw material and supplies from delivery trucks

Operational Support:

- Perform other duties as required

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Minimum 2 years of experience in warehouse, receiving, or logistics roles.
- Forklift/Clamp truck certified
- Comfortable with technology—proficient in using warehouse management systems and tracking software.
- Detail-oriented and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Team player with good communication skills and a proactive, problem-solving approach.
- Knowledge of material handling equipment and safety guidelines.
- Flexibility and availability to work overtime as needed
- Able to lift and carry an average of 30 lbs.

Pay: $23.00-$28.00 per hour
