Cleaner (Casual)

**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Perform routine cleaning tasks including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming in assigned areas.
- Ensure all restrooms, break rooms, and common areas are kept clean and well-stocked.
- Handle heavy lifting as necessary to move furniture or equipment during cleaning processes.
- Utilize custodial equipment and power tools safely and effectively for various cleaning tasks.
- Conduct facilities maintenance tasks as needed to ensure the upkeep of the premises.
- Communicate effectively with team members and management regarding cleaning needs or issues.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing any concerns or requests from building occupants promptly.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment at all times.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in commercial cleaning or custodial services is preferred but not required.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks as part of daily responsibilities.
- Familiarity with hand tools and power tools used in cleaning and maintenance activities is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills to interact positively with team members and customers.
- A commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and attention to detail is essential.

- 4 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
