We are currently looking for a legal counsel to join our dynamic and growing team

**Responsibilities**
- Organize and maintain legal documentation and records
- Design and oversee the company’s policy and position on legal matters
- Protect the company against legal risks and violations
- Examine the legal issues related to new products and services
- Guide management on regulatory and compliance issues to ensure compliance with legal regulations
- Provide general corporate legal support
- Negotiating, drafting, modifying of a variety of agreements, including NDAs
- Evaluate new business partnerships with vendors and subcontractors

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor of Laws (LLB)
- 3-5 years of experience in corporate law
- Experience in drafting/negotiating agreements
- Excellent problem solving, analytical and organizational skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English and French (strong emphasis on English)

- Examiner les questions juridiques liées aux nouveaux produits et services
- Guider la direction sur les questions de réglementation et de conformité afin de garantir le respect des réglementations juridiques
- Fournir un soutien juridique général à l'entreprise
- Négocier, rédiger, modifier une variété d'accords, y compris les NDA...
- Évaluer de nouveaux partenariats commerciaux avec des vendeurs et des sous-traitants.

**Qualifications**
- Licence en droit
- 3-5 ans d'expérience en droit des entreprises
- Expérience dans la rédaction/négociation d'accords
- Excellentes capacités de résolution de problèmes, d'analyse et d'organisation
- Excellente communication verbale et écrite en anglais et en français (accent mis sur l'anglais).
