**Position Overview**

As a Production Operator, you will be responsible for packaging, inspecting, and preparing moulded plastic parts according to customer specifications and our quality standards. This role requires attention to detail, commitment to safety, and the ability to work efficiently as part of a team or independently.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Package parts and assemblies according to quality requirements and work guidance sheets.
- Inspect moulded parts for defects and ensure correct quantities are produced.
- Follow ISO 9001 Quality Management System procedures.
- Maintain cycle times and keep pace with machine production.
- Use proper tools (cutters, knives, etc.) safely and effectively.
- Place labels, operator codes, and packaging materials correctly.
- Keep work area clean and assist with housekeeping duties when machines are down.
- Report safety concerns immediately to your supervisor.
- Support and assist in training new operators when needed.

**Qualifications**
- Previous manufacturing or production experience is an asset but not required - training will be provided.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written instructions.
- Good hand-eye coordination and ability to perform repetitive tasks.
- Physically able to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 lbs.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Commitment to safety and teamwork.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $17.20-$18.95 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
