Filler Operator

Job description

We are looking for **Filler Operator** for our clients in Pickering/Scarborough area.
This full-time role has room for advancement within the business.

**Responsibilities and duties**:

- Keep an eye on the packaging lines and make sure that everything is stocked and restocked for production (shrink wraps, adhesives, seals, labels)
- Check the quality of packages as necessary.
- You will work with a range of foods as a filler operator. For instance, filler operators could put snack foods in boxes, milk in cartons, or flour in sacks. In charge of the filler.
- Keep the space and all equipment clean in accordance with the GMP Guidelines.
- Lift 45 to 50 lbs.

**Requirement**
- Experience as a filling operator
- able to stand for a long time
- working in a fast-paced atmosphere without discomfort

**Shifts**
- Morning/Afternoon/Night

**Salary**: $15.00 per hour

Flexible language requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Pickering, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Machine Operator: 1 year (preferred)
