- **Site Attendant** is essential to the Thermea experience because they maintain the spa environment and respond directly to our guests needs to help create a comfortable and welcoming space. They are knowledgeable about spa offerings, and enthusiastically share with others. They work alone and as part of a team to complete tasks, with high attention to detail. The Site Attendant will provide customer service on site, enforce spa etiquette, respond to guest needs, site checks for cleanliness, maintain firepits and guest amenities. As part of our Guest Experience team, the site attendant will be taking care of our guests and facilities and supporting other artisan roles.**Responsibilities**:

- Maintain a visible, welcoming customer service presence on site (outdoor, all weather);
- Interact with guests;
- Conduct exterior site and building tours on a regular basis and ensure sufficient stocking, cleanliness and safety;
- Discretely help ensure compliance with spa etiquette and policies;
- Communicate with and provide support to artisan teams;
- Participate in the opening and closing of the site;
- Performs various cleaning and site maintenance tasks;
- Assist with emergency response procedures in the event of an incident
- Written reporting as required (end of shift report, guest incidents and recovery, First Aid incidents, etc.)

**To be successful in this position you will need**:

- Have a Highschool Diploma or equivalent
- Have a minimum of **six** **(6) months** of relevant work experience
- Capable of lifting 50 lbs
- Capable of working outdoors in all seasons
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time, indoors and outdoors
- First Aid Certificate
