Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our products and services to potential customers. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced sales environment and are passionate about Signage wrap and marketing sales.

**Duties**:

- Identify and target potential customers through cold calling, networking, and referrals
- Present and demonstrate our products and services to prospective clients
- Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Negotiate pricing and contract terms to close sales
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and objectives
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitors

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in sales, preferably in signage and marketing sales or related field
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to persuade and influence others
- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on building long-term relationships
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Proactive attitude with a drive to meet or exceed sales targets
- Business development or inside sales experience is preferred

We offer competitive compensation packages including base salary plus commission. Additionally, we provide ongoing training and professional development opportunities to help you succeed in your role as a Sales Representative.

**Salary**: $16.55-$22.40 per hour
