**Responsibilities**
- Oversee daily café operations to ensure efficiency and quality service.
- Manage staff schedules, training, and performance evaluations.
- Implement food safety protocols and maintain health standards.
- Enhance customer satisfaction through exceptional service and engagement.
- Monitor inventory levels and manage ordering processes for supplies.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and oversee financial reporting.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure menu quality and presentation.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in restaurant or café management.
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and practices.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team.
- Outstanding customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Experience with POS systems and cash handling procedures is essential.

Pay: $20.00 per hour
