Prepare and irrigate soil.
- Plant, fertilize, thin and harvest crops.
- Operate farm equipment and machinery to till soil, plant, cultivate and harvest crops, and load and unload crops or containers of materials.
- Sort, weigh, grade, and pack fruit.
- Load, unload and transfer crates, supplies, farm produce and products for transport
- Clean up racks, trays, and harvest bins and general clean up of growing, producing, packing, and shipping areas.
- Perform equipment and machinery maintenance.
- Monitor equipment and machinery operations to detect malfunctions.
- Assist with general farm maintenance and maintenance of equipment and tools.
- May assist in preparing garden beds for planting.
- Assist with Apiary duties.
- May write daily progress reports of inventory harvested and shipped out and maintaining quality control and production records
- General farm and plant cleaning and maintenance.
- Team leader for general farm workers and harvesting labourers.
- Liaise between General Farm workers and Supervisors.
- Be an advocate for farm safety and bio-security procedures
- previous farm, blueberry and/or cranberry crop experience is an asset

**Job Types**: Full-time, Seasonal
Contract length: 24 months

**Salary**: $18.00 per hour
