The program ensures consistency, continuity, rigour, and fun. “Ready, Set, Swim " provides a common language for students and instructors - a common language, with uncommon results. **About Our Lessons**: Aqua Essence delivers swimming and water safety programs with a sharp focus on the swimmer as an individual.Our teaching methods generate a cycle of success and remarkable confidence in the pool. The Academy offers a variety of program options in swimming, lifesaving, first aid, triathlon training and more. **Qualifications**: All applicants are required to have the following certifications: - Bronze Cross or National Lifeguarding - WSI or Swim for Life - CPR Level C and Standard First Aid - Criminal Record Check and Child Abuse Registry Check - **Must be able to train during the summer and have PT or FT daytime availability Monday - Friday in the Fall/Winter Session** **What We're Offering**: - Professional Development Training - Skill Building and Transferable Skill Training - Opportunity to be part of a fast growing company **Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $18.00-$18.50 per hour **Benefits**: - Flexible schedule - On-site parking Schedule: - Day shift - Monday to Friday - Morning shift Work Location: In person
