We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in troubleshooting hardware and software issues for end-users.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and software.
- Provide technical support to users, addressing IT-related inquiries and resolving problems.
- Assist in the implementation and maintenance of network infrastructure.
- Collaborate with IT team members on projects and initiatives.
- Conduct research to stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends.
- Assist in the documentation of IT processes, procedures, and system configurations.
- Participate in the setup and support of virtual meetings and conferences.
- Collaborate with vendors and service providers to resolve technical issues.
- Support the IT team in cybersecurity measures and awareness programs.

**Qualifications**:

- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's program in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- Completed at least one year of academic coursework in IT or a related discipline.
- Basic understanding of computer hardware, software, and networking concepts.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and tools.
- Availability to work on a full-time basis during the co-op term.
