Job Summary

**Responsibilities**:

- Operate blending equipment to mix dry ingredients according to specified recipes.
- Monitor blending processes, ensuring consistent quality and adherence to safety protocols.
- Perform routine maintenance on blending machinery.
- Maintain accurate records of production and inventory.
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50lbs, bags and boxes, filling, and palletizing.
- Must have positive attitude and a good work ethic.
- Collaborate with other team members to meet production targets.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in blending, food processing, or related field preferred but not necessary.
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and work independently.
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness.
- Good communication skills.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Lift truck certification or working at heights an asset.
- Experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting.

Pay: $19.58-$21.75 per hour
