Hydraulic Driller

We're seeking a **highly motivated and capable driller** to operate surface rigs across a range of projects across Canada.

As a Surface Driller, you’ll be responsible for operating and maintaining top-hammer or DTH hydraulic drilling rigs, ensuring high productivity while maintaining safety and environmental standards.
- Operate surface drilling rigs (e.g., T40 remote, T40 Cab, SCH 3500, SCH5000) to industry standards
- Lead and mentor off-siders or drill crews
- Interpret drill plans and adjust operations based on site conditions
- Complete daily drilling logs, safety reports, and maintenance checklists
- Conduct routine inspections and minor maintenance on drilling equipment
- Uphold company and client safety standards at all times

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 2-3 years’ experience operating surface drill rigs
- Driver’s Licence
- Strong safety mindset and proven work ethic
- Ability to pass pre-employment medical, drug & alcohol testing
- Willingness to work in remote areas on various shifts

Pay: $27.95-$35.15 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 66 per week

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Overtime
- Weekends as needed
