**Autoport Limited is looking for a Traffic and Customer Service Administrator at its facility located in Eastern Passage**

In this role, you will play a key part in supporting operational efficiency by entering invoices for payment, coordinating the pickup of heavy equipment and private vehicles, and ensuring that appropriate charges are applied and payments are received. You will also provide valuable backup support for customer service, assist with coding tasks, and help process warranty claims, contributing to a collaborative and dynamic work environment.

**Major Responsibilities and Duties**
- Enters invoices in SAP.
- Investigates statements received from vendors to ensure accuracy.
- Enters warranty claim information using the external system.
- Release VINs as per customer specifications.
- Add or complete holds on units as per customer specifications.
- Utilize external customs systems for reporting.
- Schedule appointments for vehicle pickup.
- Complete billing for heavy equipment and private vehicles.

**Qualifications and Requirements**
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills - ability to build, cultivate and maintain relationships.
- Proficiency with speaking and writing in French is considered an asset.
- Ability to organize, prioritize and schedule work.
- Grade 12 with posted secondary education in a related field.
- Previous experience with SAP is an asset.
