NorQuesters are difference makers and we’re searching for someone dedicated to making a difference We are looking for a term instructor to join our Health Administration and Technology team at our downtown campus in our Veterinary Office Assistant (VOA) program. This program teaches skills in veterinary office administration.

We have one full time, 6.5 month-term instructor position available at our downtown campus. Instructors will need to teach courses in the Veterinary Office Assistant program and other programs. Instructors must be available to teach classes Monday to Friday, during the day, at our downtown campus.
**HOW YOU WILL MAKE A DIFFERENCE**
Applicants should have a strong background in a veterinary discipline, working with groups, managing a classroom, and creating engaging and dynamic lessons, utilizing a variety of teaching methods.
Courses for the teaching assignment include:
- Veterinary Office Procedures
- Computer Applications for Veterinary Office Assistants
- Introduction to Communications
Preference will be given to applicants who can teach a variety of courses.
**WHAT YOU BRING**
- At least two years of recent experience working in the veterinary industry.
- Active membership/registration with a veterinary association (e.g. RVT, DVM)
- Previous teaching experience
- Bachelors Degree in a related discipline is considered an asset.
- Proficiency in using technology; demonstrated experience teaching using Moodle and/or Blackboard Ultra would be a benefit.

**SALARY**: Reflective upon what you bring. AKA your education and experience. This is a Faculty role, and the pay range is quite large, check out the Faculty Collective Agreement Appendix A to better understand how pay is determined.
