**Key Responsibilities**:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze current business processes.
- Document “AS IS” workflows, system interactions, and integration points.
- Identify gaps, redundancies, and opportunities for improvement in existing processes.
- Create detailed process maps, flowcharts, and supporting documentation.
- Work closely with technical teams to understand system architecture and data flows.
- Present findings and documentation in a clear and concise manner to both technical and non-technical audiences.
**Skills & Qualifications**:
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a technical or IT-focused environment.
- Strong understanding of systems, workflows, and integrations.
- Excellent documentation and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in tools such as Visio, Lucidchart, or similar process mapping software.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a part-time capacity.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
