A high-traffic Hyundai dealership is seeking a **Automotive Parts Advisor**, with the potential to transition into a full-time role.

**Responsibilities**
- Put away received parts, help drivers with deliveries, and organize and restock inventory
- Provide technicians at the service shop counter with parts accurately and efficiently to ensure they have all the required parts for the repair
- Assist in parts ordering, stocking, returns and maintaining all parts inventory
- Maintain a safe, clean and organized parts room and area
- Retrieve parts from stock if available or by ordering from manufacturer and aftermarket vendors
- Review files regularly to keep track of back orders and return-to-vendor items

**Qualifications**
- Able to prioritize and multi-task effectively
- Proven computer, analytical skills and critical thinking. Experience with Dealer Management systems is desirable
- Quick learner with a technical/mechanical aptitude
- Knowledge of parts inventory and business management
- Strong communication, interpersonal and relationship building skills
- Exceptional customer service skills with the desire to exceed customer expectations
- Valid Ontario Drivers License
- Post secondary education an asset or equivalent related experience

Pay: $35,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
