Passage Yacht Sales is looking for a progressive, enthusiastic commission Sales Associate to join our team You will resolve customer questions and offer solutions to drive company revenue. Sales experience and a working knowledge of boating or boats is a must. The position requires a self motivated person with excellent organizational skills. Microsoft office, excel, word and a working understanding of marketing platforms. A thorough understanding of social media and its use in marketing is important to this position.

**Responsibilities**:

- Present and sell company products and services to new and existing customers
- Prospect and contact potential customers
- Reach agreed upon sales targets by the deadline
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints
- Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of latest developments
- Create sales material to present to customers

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields
- Familiarity with CRM platforms
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Strong negotiation skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented

Pay: $40,853.84-$218,120.23 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Duncan, BC: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- sales: 5 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)
