**Duties**:

- Measure, cut, and fit drywall sheets for installation.
- Position and secure sheets to metal or wooden studs or joists.
- Smooth out excess compound and allow coat to dry.
- Follow safety protocols on-site to prevent accidents and damage.
- Coordinate with other crew members to ensure that surfaces are prepared properly for painting or texturing.

**Qualifications**:

- Basic knowledge of drywall installation, taping, and mudding techniques.
- Willingness to learn and develop skills in using hand and power tools associated with drywall work.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality work.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
- Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy materials and work in various postures.
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently when necessary.
