**Marketing Associate**

Reporting to the Director of Marketing Management, the Marketing Associate will be responsible for managing digital initiatives including managing our social media accounts and our marketing automation software HubSpot. This position will also work closely with Business Unit Managers, Product Managers and Engineering to develop a marketing strategy and individually contribute to creation of technical documents, training, and sales guides for your assigned portfolio. The Marketing Associate will be a part of a dynamic, high performing marketing team consisting of Account Managers, Graphic Designers, Videographers, Animators, Web Developers and Content Editors.
- Develop a deep and thorough understanding of the science behind the products, the target market, the competition, and competitive positioning of the product line(s).
- Manage corporate marketing projects including corporate videos and brochures, corporate presentations, legacy projects, community, and charity projects.
- Build social media strategies that align with corporate goals and objectives, including marketing strategies for different Price business groups.
- Manage the execution of all marketing tactics related to a product portfolio, including:

- Development of literature items, including product brochures and sales guides
- Development of video materials
- Website development and maintenance
- Create technical training guides and white papers to assist sales force
- Work closely with the marketing account team to develop a deep understanding of the role, the departmental processes and quality standards for the department.
- Direct contact and interaction with the Executive Leadership Team as it relates to mission-critical marketing programs and materials.
- Degree or diploma in Creative Communications, Digital Marketing, Business or Engineering.
- 3+ years of experience in a marketing project management role.
- CRM and Marketing Automation system knowledge, experience in HubSpot is preferred.
- Very strong written and oral communication skills.
- Naturally and comfortably team oriented - likes to collaborate.
- Wired to serve others at a very high level.
- Strong conceptual thinker who is comfortable working with ambiguity.
- Able to translate a marketing strategy into deliverable items and manage production of these items.
- SEO experience is seen as an asset.
- Willingness to travel as required.
