**What You’ll Get To Do**
As a **Project Implementation Specialist**, you will be involved in every aspect of data generation: gathering and interpreting customer requirements, participating in research, creating detailed data collection plans, collecting and post-processing data, and assessing the continued health of our measurement logic.

This is a multidisciplinary, hands-on role with time spent in the field, the lab, and at a desk and is a critical part of our customer implementation and ongoing customer success.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Inter-team Planning - Interpret customer needs, develop data collection plans, and manage execution schedules.
- Data Management - Collect, clean, annotate, and analyze large datasets.
- Lab & Field Work - Manage equipment, prepare samples, and conduct on-site testing at customer facilities.
- System Validation - Assess system performance and model accuracy using real-world data.
- Sales & Research Support - Participate in customer demos and contribute to R&D initiatives.
- Team Collaboration - Work closely with lab technicians, co-op students, and cross-functional teams.

**Skills and Experience**:

- Education: Undergraduate degree or college diploma in a relevant field.
- Project Management: Demonstrable organizational skills to drive and deliver project milestones.
- Analytical Skills: Experience in data processing and analysis.
- Technical Aptitude: Hands-on lab experience, computer literacy (Linux experience an asset), spreadsheet management, and mechanical aptitude
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Industry Experience: Food industry experience is a significant asset.
- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment where priorities can shift rapidly.

**Additional Requirements**:

- Ability to travel (US, Europe, and Australia) up to 40% of the time.
- A valid passport and driver’s license.
- Comfortable working in a meat processing environment.

**Communication and Teamwork**:

- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a fast-paced, multi-disciplinary team with clear communication to all team members and management.
- Our office is located in Waterloo, ON and this role will require you to spend at least 2 days per week in the office, when not travelling.
