**Our Ideal Requirements**:

- Detail-orientated and demonstrated superior quality in all work produced
- Experience in Auto Body Prepping is required
- Ability to work efficiently while keeping a clean workspace
- Strong teamwork skills to work effectively with other technicians and employees within the department
- Ability to work independently to effectively manage time and workflow
- Able to perform physically demanding work, including bending, crouching, walking, and lifting more 50 lbs
- A valid Driver’s License
