**What you’ll do**:

- Contribute to departmental objectives
- Providing administration and support to your assigned department
- Preparing ad hoc data and reports
- Updating documents and creating new content and documentation
- Ad hoc project assignments
- Develop your professional network in a supportive, collaborative environment
- Participate in our mentorship program and connect regularly with your leader
- Connect with the First West student community

**What you bring**:

- Enrollment in an undergraduate degree
- A passion for pursuing a career in the financial sector
- Experience with one or more of the Microsoft Office suites (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
- Superior problem solving and analytical skills
- Ability to think independently and work collaboratively
- An appetite to quickly learn new concepts, systems, and software
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Analytical, organized, and great attention to detail
