Located in the heart of the Locavore Hub, our store connects customers with high-quality produce, dairy, meats, and artisanal goods directly from local farmers and producers. We believe in supporting the local food movement and creating a welcoming shopping experience for all.

**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and assist customers with product selection and inquiries
- Operate the cash register and process payments accurately
- Restock shelves and maintain an organized and visually appealing store layout
- Monitor and rotate perishable items to ensure freshness
- Assist with receiving deliveries and checking inventory
- Provide customers with information about our local farmers, products, and sustainability initiatives
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards throughout the store

**Qualifications**:

- Friendly, outgoing personality with excellent customer service skills
- Passion for local food and sustainable agriculture
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Basic math skills and experience handling cash or point-of-sale (POS) systems preferred
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Previous retail or food service experience is a plus

Pay: $18.00-$22.15 per hour

Shift:

- 4 hour shift
- Afternoon shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift

Work days:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

Work Location: In person
