We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Budtender and Delivery Driver to join our team. In this dual role, you will assist management with the smooth operation of the retail stores and efficient delivery of online orders.

Delivery Driver:

- Deliver cannabis and cannabis accessories to customers in a safe, courteous, compliant and timely manner.
- Establishes and maintains outstanding relations with customers.
- Reviews and verifies invoices and purchase requests to ensure accuracy.
- Verifies the customer’s identity before making the delivery (ensuring they are of legal age).
- Documents each sale and maintains delivery logs / records.

Budtender:

- Greet customers entering the retail store ensuring that no one under the age of 19 enters.
- Engaging with customers on daily basis, understanding their needs and responding to inquiries.
- Processing transactions and customer orders.
- Abide by all company and provincial regulations and requirements for the sale of cannabis and associated products.
- Complete tasks as assigned by the General Manager.
- Receive and process deliveries, checking for accuracy and verifying quantities against purchase orders.
- Assist with general cleaning and organizing of store.

**Requirements**:

- Valid driver's license and a copy of current Clean driving abstract required with no major violations in the last three years.
- 5+ Years of driving experience
- Working smartphone with a data plan and charger required.
- Familiarity with local streets, neighborhoods, and route.
- Previous experience in a retail or customer service role is preferred but not required.
- Responsible and reliable.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers and team members in a friendly and professional manner.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as per business needs.
- Completion of Cannsell certification upon offer.
- Successful completion of a criminal background check from the past 3 months.
- Must be a minimum age of 19 years old.
