- We are pleased to offer a **Full-time** employment opportunity as a **Parts Shipper/ Advisor** in our **Parts Department** in **Carman**. **Responsibilities**:

- Restock fast moving parts inventory. Help maintain parts stock in an orderly fashion and ensure they get replenished when necessary.
- Providing parts service and information to all customers throughout the dealership and online.
- Quoting prices to customers, and suggesting related items for purchase
- Shipping and receiving supply orders, signing off on delivery slips, and assisting with unloading
- Pick tires from storage facility as needed and stage in appropriate location Obtain all pertinent information from our customers to catalogue, quote, and order the correct product
- Determine the correct parts required for the diagnosed repair
- Quote pricing and availability, obtain authorization from the customer or service advisor for ordering
- Maintain cleaning schedule including snow removal around doorways.

**Qualifications**:

- Experience as a Parts Advisor is an asset.
- Detail oriented and results focused personality.
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365 Software is an asset.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Ability to lift and move boxes/parts up to 50lbs
