**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Greet and seat guests, presenting menus and providing information about specials or menu items
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all dietary restrictions are noted
- Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely manner, maintaining high standards of presentation
- Assist with food preparation as needed, ensuring adherence to food safety guidelines
- Handle cash and process payments accurately while maintaining a clean work area
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow and address any guest concerns promptly
- Maintain knowledge of menu items, including ingredients, preparation methods, and potential allergens
- Uphold cleanliness standards in the dining area and assist with resetting tables for new guests

**Skills**
- Previous restaurant experience is highly desirable, particularly in food service or hospitality roles
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
- Experience in serving, food preparation, or barista roles is a plus
- Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques
- Ability to work well under pressure in a busy environment while maintaining attention to detail
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn are essential for success in this role
