**The Team**

Our Risk & Compliance team navigates through a fast-paced environment and knows how to switch gears to adapt to any scenario. We strive to make things better, simpler and stronger. **What you'll be doing**:

- Work closely with business leaders and teams to identify key business risks, including emerging trends, assist in development of mitigation activities which are meaningful and practical for the businesses, and validate and monitor the risk responses and risk profiles on an ongoing basis
- Identify and manage risks to the organization, its employees, stakeholders, assets and operations and develop ERM strategies, objectives and policies that will establish the framework, tools and procedures to achieve successful risk identification and management within best practice standards
- Oversee the identification and designation of Risk Owners to monitor and report on risks, ensuring that Managers at all levels are performing their desired role as per the ERM Framework
- Conduct and maintain up to date risk assessments, identifying mitigating controls to ensure Neo’s residual risks are in line with it’s enterprise risk tolerance
- Execute the ERM road map to enhance the risk identification, evaluation, monitoring and reporting processes
- Evaluate business processes and procedures to identify compliance risks and develop improvement plans
- Regularly review and update policies and processes to reflect the latest jurisdictional regulations and emerging compliance best practices
- Develop reporting materials to monitor and report on enterprise risk
- Additional ad hoc tasks as required by business needs

**Who we are looking for**:

- At least 5+ years of experience in enterprise risk management, compliance, or audit roles, preferable with knowledge within financial services
- A strong ability to build relationships as well as establish trust and credibility with your colleagues through excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Experience working effectively in a team environment where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are important
- Possess strong organizational and prioritizing skills
- Have advanced Microsoft Office or G-Suite skills
- Advanced knowledge of the concepts, principles, practices, and techniques pertaining to enterprise risk and project risk.
- Strong understanding and knowledge of risk management theories and practices
- CRM, PMP, CPA designations are considered an asset
- Experience with AuditBoard is considered an asset
