We offer
A new clinic setting with a diverse team and a great brand: join our diverse team of practitioners and work together to come up with the most optimal treatment outcomes for our clients. With a variation of clients including ICBC cases, prenatal and postpartum as well as weekend warriors, we have a need for a well versed chiropractor to assist with maximizing the health outcomes of these clients
Flexibility: Our clinic is open 7 days per week and we have both morning/early afternoon and afternoon/evening shifts available. Join us part-time or full-time: we’ll work with your needs.
Loyal Client Base(NEW Client Base): Baseline Health and Wellness has been in operation for over seven years and we are looking to expand. As our practice has grown we’ve decided to move into the Metrotown area.
Competitive Compensation: We offer a 50/50 split that includes a specific marketing plan to help you build your business up Or if you prefer, a flat rent based model is also available *Negotiable* Also, growth opportunities to build into being a team lead and ability to build a team with compensation for future associates
A Thriving Team: We are a group of dedicated practitioners from various modalities who believe in a truly collaborative and evidence informed approach to healthcare. We want to see everyone at Baseline Health and Wellness thrive so you can look forward to both internal referrals and support amongst practitioners and clinic director. We have optional monthly meetings to see if there are any improvements to be made and to learn from each other on how to treat different issues.
Marketing Plan: We are proud of our practitioners and want you to be seen We’ll help shine a light on your practice, your abilities and skills by having systems to help you create content quickly (10-15 mins a month), efficiently and optimized to reach your target client. We use a variety of systems to ensure that your content will reach prospective clients as well.

**Requirements**:
- Must be registered as a Acupuncturist in BC (in good standing);
- Have (or are in the process of obtaining) active Liability Insurance;

Pay: $45.00-$225.00 per hour
