You will participate in month-end trust account reconciliations and interact with internal and external clients. You will document and update accounting processes and procedures, as necessary. Your collaboration with the finance team and other co-workers on special projects will enable us to improve accounting processes, cost management, and operational efficiencies. You will also provide support in the implementation of controls and procedures, as well as administrative support, as required.

**This role will be a hybrid working model, based out of our Winnipeg, MB office only.**

**Qualifications**:

- Post-secondary degree or diploma in business administration, accounting, finance, or any other related discipline
- Accounts payable experience including invoice processing, vendor maintenance, purchase orders, payment processing
- Accounts Receivable experience including invoice processing, deposit preparation, customer maintenance
- Accounting reconciliations experience such as A/P, A/R to sub ledgers, bank reconciliations
- Experience with MS Excel and accounting software such as Sage Intacct
- Ability to work independently as well as part of the team
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
- Excellent interpersonal skills; strong problem-solving skills, strong communication skills
- Attention to detail and ability to multi-task
- Knowledge of Accounting Standards for Private Entities (ASPE) would be considered an asset
- Bilingualism would be considered an asset
