**Key Responsibilities**:
- Handling day-to-day interactions with customers and insurance partners both in-person and via phone
- Receiving, processing, and responding to/executing requests from customers/insurance partners/vendors/etc.
- Communicating with customers with a high degree of professionalism, courtesy and sensitivity
- Assisting with administrative processes involved in the collision repair process
- Clerical work: opening & closing files, posting parts, etc.
- Automotive industry experience a strong asset
- A track-record of providing exemplary customer service (3-5 years)
- Excellent communication skills
- Quick learner who is comfortable mastering new software
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Excellent organizational skills with an ability to prioritize competing tasks
