Greenhills Country Club is looking for Bartenders who will be an integral part of each member’s dining experience while at the Club. Greenhills has a Café, Patio, Pub, Cocktail Lounge, Dining Room as well as a large Bar at the main Clubhouse. On the course there is a Hut located in a central position to the golf course where a server works selling beverages and BBQ items. Knowledge in Tee On POS system is an asset.

Basic Roles & Responsibilities
- Serving and creating drinks for customers and events
- Collecting payments from customers
- Operating point of sale terminals and providing bills to customers
- Cleaning the bar and the area around it
- Hiring and training new employees
- Operating blenders and other equipment
- Washing glassware and bar utensils
- Monitoring bar inventory, supplies and ingredients
- Ensuring compliance with federal, provincial or territorial liquor and food safety regulations

**Qualitfications**
- Experience in the designated field an asset but not mandatory.
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Written and verbal communication skills
- Basic math skills and the ability to keep track of customer tabs
- Food safety and preparation skills including an understanding of how viruses and bacteria can spread
- Mixology or the ability to make traditional cocktails and create new ones
- Familiarity with local liquor laws and the ability to enforce them

**Certificates**:Must have Smart Serve to Apply

**Hours**:
Full Time 32-44 hours/week

Part Time 8—32 hours/week

**Schedule**:

- 4-hour shift
- 8-hour shift
- Day shift/Evening Shift
- Holidays
- Monday to Friday/Weekend availability

**Job Benefits**:
