Job Overview:
Key Responsibilities:

- **Plumbing**: Perform installations, repairs, and maintenance of residential plumbing systems.
- **Drywall**: Install and repair drywall, including taping, patching, and finishing.
- **Carpentry**: Build, repair, and install wooden structures such as decks, cabinets, and framing.
- **Deck Work**: Design, construct, and maintain wooden decks and patios.
- **Painting**: Interior and exterior painting, including surface preparation and finishing.
- Conduct general home maintenance tasks and repairs.
- Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients.
- Ensure high-quality work and timely completion of projects.
- Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean work environment.

Qualifications:

- **5+ years of experience** in plumbing, drywall, carpentry, deck building, and painting.
- Must have **own tools** required for the job.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor.

Preferred:

- Experience with other general home maintenance tasks (electrical, flooring, etc.).
- Certifications or training in any of the mentioned trades are a plus.

- Pay Range : 25$hr to 30$ per hr

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
