Cold Calling & Prospecting for pre construction projects
- Digital lead generation & lead management through CRM.
- Conduct outbound calls to leads generated through various channels, such as online
inquiries, referrals, and marketing campaigns.
- Engage with potential clients in a professional and persuasive manner, providing
information about available properties, answering questions, and scheduling appointments
for our agents.
- Follow up on all leads promptly and persistently, ensuring effective communication
throughout the entire lead conversion process.
- Utilize customer relationship management (CRM) software to track leads, update client
information, and maintain accurate records of all interactions.
- Collaborate closely with our team members to ensure seamless coordination and provide
timely updates on lead progress.
- Stay up-to-date on market trends, new listings, and real estate industry developments to
effectively address client inquiries and provide valuable insights.
- Assist in organizing and attending open houses, property showings, and client meetings as
needed.
Pay: $15.00-$20.00 per hour
Additional pay:
- Bonus pay
- Commission pay
Flexible language requirement:
- French not required
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
- Weekends as needed
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Brampton, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
