Social Media Marketing Manager

Ovido Agency is searching for a talented and passionate Social Media Marketing Manager with exceptional storytelling and copywriting skills. As our Social Media Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving organic growth for our clients' social media accounts through captivating narratives and compelling content. **Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute organic social media strategies: Create and implement innovative strategies that focus on organic growth and foster meaningful connections with the target audience across platforms like Twitter, TikTok, Instagram, and more.
- Video Creation: Ability to create engaging and high quality videos, especially short form content.
- Storytelling and content creation: Utilize your exceptional storytelling skills to craft captivating narratives that resonate with the audience and bring brands to life. Develop outstanding copywriting, graphics, videos, and other content to drive engagement and viral potential.
- Community management: Build and nurture a community of loyal followers by engaging with the audience, responding to comments and messages, and fostering authentic relationships that amplify brand presence.
- Stay updated with social media trends: Keep a pulse on the latest social media trends, platform updates, and algorithm changes to optimize content and leverage new opportunities for engagement and growth.
- Analytics and reporting: Utilize analytics tools to monitor and evaluate the performance of social media campaigns, derive actionable insights, and provide regular reports to clients, showcasing the impact of storytelling-driven strategies.
- Influencer partnerships: Collaborate with influencers and industry partners to establish impactful collaborations and partnerships that expand reach and create authentic connections with the target audience.
- Paid social media amplification: Collaborate with the paid advertising team to amplify storytelling-driven content through targeted paid campaigns, maximizing its reach and impact.
- Continuously enhance storytelling approach: Research and implement industry-leading storytelling techniques, explore emerging platforms, and experiment with innovative content formats to continuously enhance engagement and growth.
- Cross-functional collaboration: Collaborate closely with the design, and client management teams to ensure brand messaging consistency and seamless integration of storytelling strategies.
- Performance optimization: Regularly track campaign performance, analyze KPIs, conduct A/B testing, and implement optimization strategies to achieve outstanding results and meet client objectives.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Social Media Marketing Manager or similar role
- Exceptional storytelling and copywriting skills with the ability to captivate and engage audiences
- In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms and their respective audiences
- Strong understanding of organic growth strategies and maximizing engagement through compelling narratives
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights
- Creative thinker with a passion for crafting exceptional stories
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Familiarity with social media management tools and analytics platforms

**Salary**: From $60,000.00 per year
