This role exists to lead the execution of supply chain related analytics and data management requirements in support of J&J Customer & Logistics Services supporting the broader Deliver business for Canada.

The Digital Transformation Specialist will:

- Collaborate with key partners on deployment of system and process functionality in alignment with Global capabilities and programs
- Lead Customer Logistics, Distribution and Transportation teams on joint value creation strategies
- Evaluate operational projections of existing and developing supply chain strategies against goals and objectives of complete organization
- Review and challenges operational processes to increase efficiencies and productivity
- Accountable for assessment of KPI’s and developing corrective action plans to meet targets
- Lead special projects as assigned

**Qualifications**:

- A University / Bachelor’s degree is required
- A minimum of 2 years work experience is required
- Advanced Excel skills are required
- Strong technical proficiencies in multiple systems including (but not limited to): SAP, Tableau, Power BI, Looker, Azure is required
- Strong competences in MS Office Apps and Services are required
- Demonstrated ability to lead projects/project teams to completion is required
- Extensive knowledge of End to End supply chain practices is required
- Strong communication skills, adaptable to varying audiences is required
- Effective strategic thinking capabilities, driven by sense of urgency and focused on results is required
- This position is based in Toronto and may require up to 10% travel

**Preferred Experience**:

- Experience in Supply Chain/Operations role
- Experience in Health Care
