Through these services we help companies embrace change to grow, uplift and generate value. **Job Overview** As a Project Manager at True Change Solutions, you will provide project management expertise and leadership to assigned client projects across select portfolios. You will provide organizational planning, oversight, and coordination for project implementation and work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams, supporting others to achieve goals and deliverables through facilitation, effective collaboration, communicating project vision, and ensuring quality execution. **What You Will Do**: - **Requirements Gathering**: Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and the Project team to gather, analyze, and document business requirements as well propose recommendations. - **Analysis**: Analyze, map, and adjust the workflows and/or detailed business processes to identify areas of improvement and actionable recommendations. - **Solution Development**: Lead and develop recommendations to creatively propose, design, and develop solutions that meet client and business needs. - **Testing and Implementation**: Lead testing, prepare and execute test cases to ensure solutions meet the business or client needs. - Develop and execute project plan(s). - Create dashboards, reports, and automations that meet client and business needs. - **Project Delivery**: Prepare and review business cases, conducts research, and monitor post-implementation performance. - **Performance Metrics**: Propose key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of processes improvements over time. - **Project Management**: Lead, manage, execute, and review all project aspects throughout the planning, analysis, development, testing, implementation, and post-go live support. - **Documentation**: Regularly review documentation for business processes and solutions. Prepare reports, presentations, and other support materials. - **Training and Support**: Provide training and support to users on current, new, and future systems and processes. - **Technology Integration**: Evaluate and recommend tools or technologies that can streamline processes and enhance efficiency. - **Acts as a Liaison Between Clients and Contractors**: Effectively communicates with and coordinates where necessary to implement, collect, and create business required documents and processes. **What You Bring**: - Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Project Manager or similar role. (PMP required) - Preferred Bachelor of Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, Information Management, or similar fields. - 2-5 years of experience in business analysis, process mapping and improvement, or a related role is preferred. - Proficient with Smartsheet, Miro, MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint) for planning, tracking, and managing tasks. - Proven ability with process modeling tools (e.g., Visio) and experience in mapping business processes. - Proven ability in developing and leading test cases and problem definition and analysis related to business processes and systems planning. - Considerable knowledge of the principles and practices of administrative management and project management. - Ability to document, analyze and assess a variety of information, identify priorities and systems, and propose alternative business processes. - Ability to lead in the development and implementation of systems. - Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with a variety of stakeholders or teams and to provide advice and assistance on matters related to the work. - Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing and to present proposals in non-technical language. - Ability to perform assigned duties under minimum supervision. **Your Core Competencies**: - **Collaborative**: Proven ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams, clients, and stakeholders to achieve desired deliverables and outcomes.
