**Job summary**:
We are seeking strong, organized, hardworking individuals with the following skills:

- Ability to work both alone and as part of a team.
- Some previous experience with customer service is preferred.
- Knowledge, or the desire to learn, about cigars, pipes and tobacco.
- Ability to learn and operate electronic sales systems.
- Knowledge, or the ability to learn, how to operate espresso, drip and other coffee machines.
- Ability to lift boxes up to 20kg.
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
- Ability to follow directions with regards to maintaining, stocking and cleaning the humidor.
- Some previous experience with stocking and maintaining inventory is preferred.
- Comfortable answering phones and responding to product inquiries.
- To perform other duties as required.
- Is of legal age to serve and handle tobacco products in Canada.
- Must be willing to work weekends and holidays.
