Job Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Teacher to join our Infant or Toddler classroom teams. As an Early Childhood Teacher, you will play a vital role in providing a nurturing and educational environment for young children. This is a full-time position that requires fluency in English and experience in an Early Childhood setting.

**Responsibilities**:

- Create and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities with you team
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment
- Provide individualized attention and support to each child
- Monitor and assess children's progress and development
- Collaborate with parents/guardians to ensure open communication and involvement in their child's education
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized classroom
- Utilize effective classroom management techniques
- Encourage social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development through engaging activities

**Requirements**:

- Minimum Early Childhood Educator certificate
- Previous experience working with children in a childcare or educational setting
- Strong organizational skills to effectively plan and implement lessons with your team
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Ability to engage and connect with children on an individual level
- Knowledge of child development principles and best practices in early childhood education

We offer competitive compensation based on qualifications and experience. Additionally, we provide opportunities for professional growth and development. ECE wages start at $21/hour ($27) up to $23/hour ($29) based on experience. All qualified ECE's are eligible to receive the $6/hour wage enhancement on top of their hourly salary.
