To continue our growth and success, the company requires the services of a **Production Team Member** to assist in the production of our Redi-Rock, Rosetta and other pre-cast concrete products.

**The duties of the position will include**:

- Hands-on production of pre-cast concrete products.
- Stripping and preparing forms.
- Pouring of ready-mix concrete.
- Placing, smoothing, and finishing concrete surfaces on precast components.
- Use of hand tools and power tools.
- Follow all workplace safety protocols.
- Production experience.
- Concrete experience.
- Safety training.
- Ability to meet production targets and deadlines.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
