We are currently seeking a permanent, full-time Floor Installer to join our team.

Job Duties:

- Measure and cut flooring materials to fit designated areas.
- Install various types of flooring, including carpet, hardwood, laminate, and vinyl.
- Remove old flooring materials and dispose of them properly.
- Ensure all installations meet company standards and client specifications.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Follow all safety regulations and guidelines during installations.
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members to ensure project success.
- Perform additional tasks as required by the project manager or supervisor to ensure smooth operations.

Qualification:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience as a floor installer or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of various flooring materials and installation techniques.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy materials.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Availability to work during weekdays and occasional weekends.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $37.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 per week

Work Location: In person
