Overview of the Role:

The beginning phase of this role will include:

- To learn what the objections are and to find ways to overcome them
- From your insides sales experience and the documentation we already have,
- Organise a sales playbook to help onboard future team members
- You will also learn our software products inside and out, and be able to talk through an entire demo of our platforms and be able to answer any questions a prospect might have.
- You will be expected to close on the leads you create or that are given to you.
- With our guidance and as you gain experience closing accounts, you will organise the ‘outside sales’ process in the sales playbook as well
- This Sales Leader role is expected to know all the ins and outs of both the inside sales and closer roles and experience both thoroughly.
- Critical thinking and problem solving abilities are required
- You will use our CRM software (Hubspot) to log ALL your daily activities
- You are expected to have a laptop and smartphone.

- Cold Contacting
- Lead generation
- Booking meeting
- Follow ups
- Closing deals on meetings
- Logging & tracking EVERYTHING in Hubspot
- Help create the Deeleeo Sales Playbook
- Inside Sales
- Outside Sales (closers)
- Potentially manage a team
- Log and track daily / weekly metrics

Fully remote. Some advantages to being in Alberta.

Vacation / Allowances / Benefits - Negotiable

$60,000 - $100,000/year + Bonuses & Commissions

**Salary**: $77,945.00-$95,735.00 per year

**Benefits**:

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:
