**What You’ll Do**

Step into a high-impact role where your ability to connect people with opportunity drives the future of Brock Solutions. As a Recruiter, you’ll be at the heart of our growth story—building teams that shape industries and transform technology.
- Lead the full recruitment lifecycle, from crafting compelling job postings to delivering a seamless onboarding experience
- Hunt for top-tier talent using innovative sourcing strategies across digital platforms, networks, and events
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to ensure fast, thoughtful feedback and a smooth selection process
- Represent Brock with energy and professionalism at career fairs, networking events, and campus visits
- Cultivate strong relationships with colleges, universities, and external recruiting partners to keep our talent pipeline flowing
- Keep employee records organized, accurate, and confidential
- Jump in to support broader HR and administrative initiatives that keep our people-first culture thriving

Qualifications Required:
**What You Bring**

You’re not just filling roles—you’re building futures. Whether you’re just starting out or bringing early experience to the table, you’re ready to make an impact.
- A bachelor’s degree from an accredited university
- 6-12 months of experience in recruiting or HR (preferred, but not required)
- Confident, clear communication skills and a polished professional presence
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and Microsoft Office tools
- A solid understanding of HR fundamentals and a curiosity to keep learning
- Impeccable organization and the ability to manage competing priorities with calm and focus
