**SUMMARY DESCRIPTION**:
Performing all production functions and completing mold changes. The primary objectives are to

maximize machine operating time and maintain quality levels.

**MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES**:
This includes the responsibilities and duties of the job and should cover all performance areas.

Guidelines:

- Responsible for changing molds and all downstream equipment to meet production schedules.
- To identify and resolve any quality issues or machinery malfunctions. Also start up or shut down machinery.
- To fine tune machines so as to improve production efficiencies and minimize cycle times.
- Machine mould malfunctions -must decide how to correct the problem.

Any additional job duties as required by management

**AUTHORITY LEVEL (if applicable)**:
**EXPERIENCE**:
**Required: 1- 5 years**

**Preferred**:Technical knowledge and aptitude

**SKILLS**:
**Required**:Intense physical strength is required to change the molds.
