We are currently looking for an Airport Duty Manager to join us in making vacation dreams come true. As the Airport Duty Manager, you are capable of working in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment with mínimal oversight. Adapting your time and workflow to the most pressing issues at hand will be essential. Your communication skills are excellent. The Airport Duty Manager will be responsible for the airport operation on a shift basis ensuring that service delivery conforms to regulatory, operational, safety and customer service standards. The position reports to the General Manager and will be located in Toronto Pearson Airport.

**What You’ll Do**:

- _ Deliver outstanding performance in Airport and Passenger services at YYZ Airport, whilst managing relationships with relevant internal and external parties_
- _ Ensure_ _third_ _party resources are utilized in such a manner that maximizes opportunity for operational excellence and productivity_
- _ Ensure that all airport activities are delivered safely and securely in compliance with_ _Sunwing_ _and Regulatory standards_
- _ Drive safe, _efficient_ and timely execution of flight departure and arrival policies_
- _ Manage and audit Service Level Agreements with Ground Handling Agencies_
- _ Responsible for the maintenance of Emergency Response and Business Continuity plans_
- _ Ensure that opportunities to optimize airport revenues are identified and delivered_
- _ Ensure the Performance Management of team members is carried out in accordance with_ _Sunwing_ _standards_
- _ Ensure that all ground services business is delivered in accordance with the_ _Sunwing_ _Values_
- _ Responsible for the delivery of delay, _disruption_ and diversion plans_
- _ Other_ _duties_ as _assigned_

**What You’ll Need**:

- _ Degree level education is preferred or relevant industry experience_
- _ Demonstrable sound knowledge of airport operations_
- _ Customer service preferably gained in 5 to 10 years working experience with an airline or ground handling agency_
- _ Ideally with 2 to 5_ _years management or supervisory experience_
